Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how KarmaBuilder ("the Application") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile apps.
1. Information we collect
No account required. We do not require you to create a username, password, or email address to use the Application.
Content you create. Drafts, saved subreddits, schedule data, and similar workflow information are stored locally on your device using iOS or Android secure storage. We do not operate servers that store your draft library.
Settings on device. Preferences such as plan state, onboarding completion, and optional API configuration are stored locally on your device.
Purchases. Subscription and purchase status is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We receive entitlement status to unlock Pro features—not your full payment card details.
2. How we use information
We use information solely to provide Application functionality: generating drafts, discovering subreddit ideas, coaching replies, scheduling reminders, and managing your subscription tier.
3. Third-party services
Artificial intelligence. When you use AI features, the prompt context you provide (for example: goals, subreddit names, tone, and thread text you paste) is transmitted from your device to our secure API proxy and then to a third-party AI provider to generate suggestions. We do not attach personal device advertising identifiers to these requests.
App stores & billing. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process payments and subscription status according to their own privacy policies.
Notifications (optional). If you enable reminders, the operating system delivers local notifications on your device. We do not use notifications for advertising.
4. Data retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data. AI requests are processed in real time; we do not maintain a user-facing cloud archive of your drafts on ThinkAI servers.
5. Your choices
- You can use the app without enabling notifications.
- You can delete the app to remove locally stored data.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
6. Children
The Application is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The effective date at the top will be revised when we make material updates.
