Welcome to KarmaBuilder ("the Application"), operated by ThinkAI LLC ("we," "us"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Service description
KarmaBuilder provides AI-assisted drafting tools for Reddit-oriented writing workflows, including subreddit discovery suggestions, post drafting, reply coaching, and scheduling aids. The Application does not automatically post, vote, or interact with Reddit on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, complying with subreddit rules, and publishing any content.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws, including Reddit's terms and community rules, when using generated content.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Certain features require KarmaBuilder Pro, offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, as displayed in the app and App Store / Google Play listings.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Yearly plans may include a free trial; if offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings. Restore purchases from within the Application where available.
Apple's and Google's terms govern billing disputes and refunds for store purchases.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Application to generate or distribute spam, harassment, illegal content, or material that violates third-party rights. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload our systems or AI integrations.
5. AI-generated content
Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate for a given community. You must review all suggestions before use. We disclaim responsibility for moderation actions, account restrictions, or outcomes from content you publish on Reddit or elsewhere.
6. Intellectual property
The Application's design, branding, code, and workflows are owned by ThinkAI LLC. You may use AI-generated drafts for your personal or business posting purposes. We do not claim ownership of your final published posts.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, subreddit fit accuracy, Reddit account safety, or availability of third-party AI or store services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkAI LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Application.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Application at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
