Subscriptions & billing
KarmaBuilder Pro is billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account. ThinkAI does not store your payment card details.
Manage or cancel (Apple): Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → KarmaBuilder.
Restore purchases: Open KarmaBuilder → Settings or Paywall → Restore Purchases.
Yearly plans may include a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. You can request a refund through your purchase history in the App Store or Play Store.

Does KarmaBuilder post to Reddit for me?
No. KarmaBuilder is a writing and workflow assistant. You copy, review, and publish content yourself. We do not auto-post, vote, or run bots.
Do I need a Reddit account in the app?
No Reddit login is required inside KarmaBuilder. You use Reddit separately when you're ready to publish.
How does AI work in the app?
When you generate drafts or reply suggestions, the text you enter (goals, subreddit context, thread snippets) is sent to our secure proxy and then to an AI provider to produce suggestions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Where is my data stored?
Drafts, saved subreddits, and workflow data are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud account system for your content.
I'm on the free plan—what are the limits?
Free tier includes core drafting with usage limits on AI features. Upgrade to Pro in the app for unlimited drafting and full workflow access.
